  One star too much.
  Count your toes, fingers and gas bottles and anything else.
  Been a customer for four years .
  Bought 2 9 litre gas bottles from them June 2022 and one earlier that year
  Had to go to bbc camping as they are often not open to fill bottles There I discovered that I had an old bottle. Went back and asked for help sorting this out.
  Was immediate accused, with great indignation that I was accusing them with stealing my bottles. I didn’t say that!
  Flat out refused to give me back my bottles. Said it couldn’t happen! I said if you check your records you will find that did buy 2 new bottles from them.
  He said he couldn’t care less. So I left him with his conscience.
  My fault for not checking and noticing the swaps. It’s that you don’t look for what your not expecting .

  Ben and his team were amazing. Went above and beyond to help me sort out my gas bottle replacements, arrived within 2 hours of calling and personally came out to check and show me how to change over the connection having never dealt with gas appliances before. Amazing customer service and if you want to support local then Ben and his team are the people for you.

  Absolute disgusting behaviour from owner as my gas bottle only lasted 2 weeks and when I complained was told I was a liar and was only after free bottle - am now with rival company and have only been treated with respect, cheaper prices and professionalism

  Had the team out to do our solar and while they where here they managed to fit in a few other small electrical jobs. The guys where very neat, tidy and very professional. Brett also followed up a few months later and customer service has been fantastic. Highly recommend cq solar.

  I highly recommend CQ Solar! Their prices are competitive, their service is prompt: they arrive on time, always call before arriving and tidy up after themselves. This is a rare trait in the current trade industry. Brett is very knowledgeable and straight forward with his customers.
