I have owned three blocks of units ( 19 units in total ) since 2002 until 2020. (18 years Management)
During this time, I have had them managed by THE BEACH REAL ESTATE.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had minimal vacancy during this period despite times of high prolonged vacancy in Yeppoon.
I was living in Sydney and had only ever been to Yeppoon on three occasions, so everything was left to.
Lynelle and Barry Vale at the Beach.
All the repairs were overseen by Lynelle and her staff including two major insurance claims.
I am a Sydney real estate agent and have many investment properties in NSW and QLD.
Often Property Managers come and go from an agency and the service usually fluctuates.
