Push mower catcher was broken so dropped it in to be replaced and given a service
Dropped it in was told it would be ready in a week. As it was 2 weeks I dropped in to see how it was going and was told there's 20 jobs I front of mine and should be ready the following Tuesday
Come Tuesday recently received a call and catcher needs replacing can we replace it. I said it was supposed to replaced but they hadn't even ordered the part it was dropped in for
